With the possible exception of Saddam Hussein, they'd all vote for Bush.
Terrorism has grown by leaps and bounds during Bush's Presidency, al Qaeda, Hamas, and Hezbollah vote for Bush so they can keep their recruiting playground (aka Iraq) fertile. North Korea and Iran have both been left unfettered to develop their nuclear weapons plans, oppress their people, and further destabalize the world. They both vote for Bush to because he ignores them.
Arafat...well actually I guess he'd vote for Nader. Arafat's been shit on by both Democratic and Republican Presidents for so long he probably couldn't bring himself to vote for either of them.
