radio.msn.com has a GREAT free station with good quality audio(considering it's streamed). It's the Alternative Rock Hits selection under the Featured Stations.
I've been listening to it at work for 2 days now and it's really good.

I used to DJ on it but can't now due to campus port issues..

And to be honest, the quality of that MSN radio is somewhat lacking

There are more but I haven't listened to a terrestrial radio station in over a year, so I couldn't really tell you what they are playing now.
