Harold and Kumar Go to White Castle
Saw this last night at a sneak preview.
The movie itself is pretty damn funny. The entire audience was laughing out loud from beginning to end. Not a serious movie, but the trailers should have made that obvious. Both of the actors do a great job and have good timing. The movie has a decent amount of fun with racial stereotypes but there was nothing offensive that I saw along those lines.
If you're looking for something serious, wait for the DVD, but if you're looking to laugh and have fun, this movie is worth the $7-10 price of admission.

This was very funny, i saw the sneak peak and i'd definately recommend it... all my pot smoker friends could relate with everything, especially since i live in NJ and the quest for White Castle happens more often than you would know.

I know I'm good at what I do, but I know I'm not the best.
But I guess that on the other hand, I could be like the rest.

I enjoyed this movie.
A nice refreshing taste of stoner life through the eyes of...well, stoners. I don't see how anyone can reference 'Half Baked'..that was a much lesser film than this, by far.
This was a very simple film about a couple guys shedding the upcoming realities of their lives and just saying 'fuck it' to achieve their sole purpose of getting their hands on some damn tasty mini-burgers.
4/5 stars for an original stoner movie.
It is a refreshing "coming of age" meets "buddy flick" sorta like Thelma & Louise without the fade to white and with weed....

Damn tasty mini-burgers? Hell, i tried ONE last time i was in the US, mainly due to my cousin telling me that it was the worst burger he ever ate, and he offered to pay for it if i ate oneCanelek wrote: This was a very simple film about a couple guys shedding the upcoming realities of their lives and just saying 'fuck it' to achieve their sole purpose of getting their hands on some damn tasty mini-burgers.
And no, not gonna eat there ever again, i mean, even the smell at the parking lot of a Whitecastle should be a dead giveaway to run away screaming

My friends had the muncies and bought a ten pack for each, i bought four... HORRIBLE. I will never ever ever eat there again, I gave them the rest of the meal which they eagerly devoured and went across the street to get a respectable burger at Checkers (Rallys in other parts of the country)

Krystal burgers are different from white castles? Never been to the former, but they look the same from the pictures. WC was the first hamburger chain though that doesn't mean they don't completely suck. Fucking steamed burgers with holes, please.
Still have to make my way up to Fatburger. Just opened one up in Jersey City so I need to see what the hubub is all about one of these days.
I like Checkers as well (but hold the mayo, kthx), but you know you're in a pretty iffy neighborhood when you're at one. They are purposely placed in "economically challenged" areas, heh.went across the street to get a respectable burger at Checkers (Rallys in other parts of the country)
