Something interesting I heard about Democrats in Ohio...

So I was driving to work this morning listening to the radio for potential traffic incidents and they had a few callers with political comments. Note that this radio station is leaning towards Democrats, but they have worked very hard to get people to register to vote no matter who you vote for (and they let callers from both parties on the air and actually encourage Republicans to call to hear their comments). Several Democrats called in today reporting that both they and family members have received phone calls trying to confuse the day of the vote (aka vote 2 days later I think they said. Have anybody heard anything else about this? Has this actually happened in the past?

i've heard allegations of Republican operatives doing that in the past in African-American communities, but to be honest I can't recall for sure if it was more fact based than campaign rhetoric.

But i've certainly heard of stuff like that before.
