Mortal Kombat Deception Strategy Guide...

Post by Lor »

If you are kinda impatient like me, Save yourself some money and wait for a bit before buying this, Not all of the fatalities are in the book, On page 125 this is what it says....

"The mortal kombat team has worked very hard to hide many secrets within the game world of MK deception. soon after the game's release, the MK Kreators and Bradygames will reveal all of the fatalities, treasure chest locations , krypt koffin contents, and many other secrets in the game.

To uncover all of the mysteries of MK deception you must use clues within this strategy guide in combonation with the codes on our website: http://www.bradygames.com."

Just thought I'd let anyone interested know.

This is why I just rely on Gamefaqs.com these days.

I haven't boguht the game yet. If I can get caught up in my schoolwork this afternoon, I'm grabbing it. If I can't, I'm going to cry.

Is the game actually called deception? Cause if so that's a double pun with the strategy guide bullshit. Course if it's intentional there are only the 2 dork executives that came up with the idea snickering.

Yes, it's Mortal Kombat: Deception.
I bought it. Won't play it till I'm caught up though.

More info,

I went to bradygames to try and figgure out the Kodex... That was a NO GO, Theres no info anywhere about this POS guide book to be found except in the Forum area where other people are saying the same thing..... stay far far away from the midway strategy guide.

The game is fun, hard, but fun.
Again, the Konquest mode is little more than a glorified training mode - su-freaking-prise!
The puzzle combat is FUN.
Haven't tried the chess combat yet.

It's also somewhat buggy. Some of the combos are not what they're listed in the move lists.

i just went to game faqs and did the krypt FAQ, because i hate playing hide and seek games...

best Characters, other then scorpion which will always be my favorite i would have say nightwolf and havik
nightwolf does val tudo, that alone is enough! (although its nothing at all like val tudo)
