Depends on the size of the breast, size of the person, and type of shirt. I think more often it looks slutty than stylish (in the younger crowd). That said, in this context, small-breasted women tend to look better in non-supportive tight fitted shirts rather than larger breasted (non-augmented) women. I live in a sort of 'earthy' town, so there a quite a few women that wear tanks without bras. I'd hardly classify them as slutty and/or stylish...more like, comfortable.
