Since when were the Giants just a half game behind the Dodgers? Not only might LA not win the division, they might not even make the playoffs...again, since Chi-town is surging

Noah Lowry 6-0
Brett Tonko 7-0 1.22 era last 7 starts
JY Snow .329
Edguardo Alfonso .291
Barry Bonds .370
Rueter 4-0 last 4 starts
They can hit, they suddenly can pitch, the bullpen is rested for once and they aren't making errors... the Giants are playing very good ball right now

The Dodgers have had a lot of problems with their rotation, with Penny going down after 1 start the trades they made at the deadline have not done them any good really as they are maybe 4 games above 500 since that time, when they where close to 20 games above pre-trades. With SF playing very good ball I dont see any way the Dodgers win that division, they might be able to get the WC just because we are talking about the Cubs and Astros niether of which have proved they can win anything. Its not like the Dodgers are really stacked, just a few guys having career years
