America (the Book)

Post by Dregor Thule »

Ok, so I picked up a copy of The Daily Show's America (the Book) - A Citizen's Guide to Democracy Inaction. I highly recommend the book, hilarious look at American government and the "history" of democracy. Non-partisan in its bashing! Go.. buy!

Oh, and yes, I know this probably should have been in the Reading forum, but I figured it was controversial enough to post here :D

For all those lazy people like me it's also available on ITunes as an audiobook, narrated by Jon Stewart.

That book is great! It will sell well once the word of mouth gets out there about it.

It's perfectly timed with this years candidates and party lines. Its so bad this year, it helps to look at a book like this and just get a huge laugh at the whole thing.
