Aye... mages got a deep dicking, that's for sure.

Oh well, its only beta. While its a nerf, its also probably just an overadjustment down until they get everything in.

so are you saying that pre-patch, mages were in-line with where they should have been? fuck that

i was coming around the corner the other day when an undead mage, let's call him B0n3d3wd, was all Corp Por on my ass with a pyroblast crit for like 900. fucking mages

Not saying that they weren't a tad overpowered, especially in the PvP situation you just described. But they took out way more than that aspect of pyro critting... my poor ice mage is but a shell of his former self (of course, that former self could take down mobs 2-3 levels above him without the mobs even reaching him... a tad overpowered I guess). Going to have to play a bit more to see how it affects overall.

Fuck this POS game and their cartoon graphics. Fkn thing reminds me of a Nintendo game. I've been trying to patch for like 2 weeks now. I've gotten like 157 megs and that's it. Now I can't play until it patches. They need a better patching method or give alternatives as well as BitTorrent. And piss off before you blame my firewall. I can download other BTs quite fine and no I didn't install XP SP2...

We may as well all still be downloading with how often the server crashes/reboots! Patch did more harm than good anyway.

Abandon that Blizzard downloader, and go for the bit torrent DL. I started that dl with the Blizzard downloader...after a all night, 9 hour download time, I was still only 25%. I canceled, went and go the .torrent file, and was done in 2 hours. Oh well, probably too late to help now anyways.

I went back to my Dorf, jagermeister. Level 14 now. I ventured him all the way through STV just to get to The Barrens for a pet!
