Memory trouble

Post by Akaran_D »

Does anyone else do this?
A lot of my memories are jumbled up pretty bad. Whenever I try and think of something, I can't remember how many times I've done it.. sort of like a mental dejavu. Like, I know I've done it, but I can't remember how many times I've done it.. whatever it happens to be, weather it's a TV show, reading a book, talking to someone at work, my first kiss, a death in the family.. I seem to remember it in pairs, or triplicates.

Anyone else have that problem?

Well, that's yer problem there. More alcohol helps the memory, gets rid of those weak, defective neurons.

I remember events but not when they happen. I'll remember going out with some friends and think it happened so and so dat but am 3 weeks of, or something like that. This only happens sometimes.

Yeah sounds like sleep deprevation to me...have you had any 3rd person experiences yet? Like when you see yourself pass out and fall over and then wonder, "wtf? i don't remember doing that ever..." Then you wake up on the floor after having actually passed out like you saw yourself doing...

Not quite third person.. but most of my memories are in third person, like I'm watching behind myself.. been having OMGIAMRETARDEDCAUSEALOTISTWOWORDS of wierd, strange dreams recently, and waking up more wiped out than not. Couple nights in a row I've dreamed that I've gotten drunk (I haven't) and I wake upf eeling like I have a hangover.. the kind of dream where you dream a full days worth of events, then when you wake up, you feel like it's happened.. but it hasn't.. like a phantom day in your mind, if that makes sense.

Maybe you have schitsophrenia, and those full day dreams are really when your other personality(ies) are in control.

How much caffiene do you take?
Lot's of caffeine fucks up your brain and according to recent research is largely to blame for exacerbating "tip of the tongue" memory issues.

No drugs, no alchohol, no caffine.

Unless there's an asian stockyard and a sea around here I don't know about, then no..

That used to happen to me before I started drinking heavily.

Sounds like you've developed a massive drug deficiency.

Take some ginko biloba and get back to us in a few weeks.

#1 reason for most memory and irritability issues is lack of sleep though. I notice my posts are nastier on VV in the mornings than in the afternoons after my midday siesta!
