Next big game?

Post by Akaran_D »

So, Doom 3 has come and gone.
What's the next "big thing" coming down the pipe? HL2, or something before it?

Requesting info for PS2, GC, PC.

Vampire the Masquerade looks very very good, and uses the half life 2 engine. A sort of KOTOR for vampires type game. I'm picking that up as well as Rome:Total War soon as they hit. If you did not know, Rome:TW's engine is being used on the history channel to show ancient battle scenes, it looks REALLY good.

It's safe toa ssume that V:TM won't be released until HL2 is, and I haven't heard a release date for it yet. Any word?

Zoe: No one's gonna force you to go, Jayne. As has been stated -- this job's strictly speculative.
Jayne: Good. Cause I don't know these folks, don't much care to.
Mal: They're whores.
Jayne: I'm in.

Jade Empire, KOTOR 2, Fable
I would have said those, but they are rpg's, action games usually take the cake to the general public. I did, however, leave out Halo 2.

1. Stand up
2. Unbutton/unzip pants
3. Drop pants
4. Check to make sure you still have a penis!

I actually didn't like the first one that much. I'm so so excited about the new one.

And you thought you smelled some good old pussy, and have brought your two small mincey faggot balls along for a good old time. But you've got your parties mangled up. There's no pussy here, just a dose that'll make you wish you were born a woman.

Rome: Total War will be awesome. I am not sure how many other people here play the Total War games but I think they really are great.

VtM and Rome TW are my top 2 for getting excited over, the first VtM sucked balls but depending on how well they manage this it could be OMGIAMRETARDEDCAUSEALOTISTWOWORDS of fun, as far as total war goes, all of them own, I still play Shogun and at least once a week spend a night kicking some ass on Medieval. Rome looks awesome, incredible and I need to go wipe the drool off my chin every time I see the demos

Well, The Sims was fun, for around 2 days till i found my own life more interesting that the life in some computer game i control.

Only thing about the Sims that still makes me laugh is that when i got it, i registered it at their webpage to get access to the member section, but the login/password didnt work.
Requested a new sent to me, nothing. Repeated like 20 times, nothing.

4 months later, i get a mail from them with my login/password, which by the way are the SAME i tried to log in with all the time, still dont work. Choose to ignore it, since i dont wanna play the game any more.
1 month go by, ping, another mail with my info, which by the way still dont work. And since they i got around 1 mail every 1-2 months, they still coming in :). Way to go customer service.
