With what professional sports figures are paid yearly, I don't get upset about actors/comedians making huge wads of dough. Of course both sets are horribly overpaid.

I don't see why that's overpaid, really. He controls virtually every aspect of that show which is the highest rated program on Comedy Central. Beyond that, it is all coming out of his brain. So when advertisers will pay millions of dollars to show commercials during a show that only exists in his (and his writing partner, whatever) mind, it seems perfectly reasonable to me that he should get a large portion of that money.

And as far as being a no talent racist, I don't know where you left your sense of humor but Dave Chappelle is one of the funniest men on the planet. His social commentary is spot-on and hilarious. Seriously, what makes him a racist?

yes, and what stupid fucking maddox doesnt see is that dave is IMITATING OTHER PEOPLE. so he can take that stupid fucking graph and shove it up his ass. since the same stat can be used for rick james and also lil john. so if he can get away imitating other people, then people can get away with imitating him.

I worked at circuit city when the first season of his show came out on dvd. And it was undershipped, but at the same time, it sold out in the first 15 minutes STATEWIDE. No one could get copies for months at any store in minnesota (likewise elsewhere I am guessing) and whenever a few copies did come in , whatever employees didnt snatch and sell on ebay were gone within 5 minutes.

I think that he is absolutely hilarious, and obviously so does just about everyone else.

IRC is right, your name really is ZAMTARD. What is funny is Dave Chapelle being Rick James. People are imitating Chapelle. Rick James isn't necessary to the equation. The graph stands, there's only 1 Dave Chapelle.
