Still active although it's getting easier and easier to just say "NO"! Still plan on getting into Time before I retire.

On a side note, I hated the GoD expansion for a long time, but I've gradually come to change my mind. It's challenging without being being quite so mind numbing like LDoN.

In June, I passed my 6th anniversary of playing EQ. I have seen much and seen lots of people come and go. However, for me, what keeps me coming back, are the relationships I have with people I have met in game. I log in just to talk to people a lot of times. That is the primary reason why I don't just retire.

Was only in two guilds Crimson Guard then Obsidian Guard... well Obsidian Overlords for a couple of days before the merger. As one of the governing council and Guild shrink I think I speant too much time talking and not enough time leveling... but I loved every minute of it! Love playing Marben, started him because right after Kunark Paladins could NEVER get a group.... "LFG..." "come to cap" "K" "oh wait, dude, sorry Marb I forgot you were a pally, we need a real tank" Actually it wasn't that bad as I have a lot of friends... it just I SUCKED! Couldn't hit the broad side of a barn with some of the best weapons in the game and I was MAXED for level on skill points... so I started Marben. By time he was 53... the Soulfire quest had FINALLY be finished and shortily after the next expansion Sony fixed the Paladins after Brad left. Still think that guys favortie Wiz was killed by a Pally back when he was in Jr. High or somthing...

Anyway, love playing Marben and the account is active, he is sitting at the Nexus with his ToV armor and rockin' weapons for almost 3 years ago

Which I'm sure now are newbie items... but how many people, probably a good number on this board, remember fighting for spawns in Lake Rathe to get Bronze Armor? and... a Skull of Jenthra?
