For a guild that routinely wipes to Lendiniara, I'm somewhat skeptical about the IV boast. It's just as unbelievable as Rune of War claiming to have killed 425 dain when the only proof they have backing up their claim is 3 pics of him sitting on his throne dual wielding Dain hammers.

I don't know about them killing IV, but I got Dains head from that dual-weilding 425 kill. A bard got one hammer, and I forget who got the second.

The pain was waiting for Tormax to spawn, since he's up maybe 30 mins before Valhall or team JPN gets to him (after a server reset is when I was waiting).

Dain will be a harder fight without Mod Rod 2 though.

Dunno, I can see mages being asked to target and summon rods during battle now, instead of stockpiling them before.

bah give me a rod before the fight or not at all. the last thing i want is a mage to hand me a rod during a fight. fucks up my targeting when they try to hand me it anyways and they always seemed to do it WHEN I WAS ABOUT TO CAST!

Seriously mages bitched all the time that they were mod rod whores, now they are bitching that mod rods are nerfed! What the hell.

As far as the CH thing, make it a 5k heal 3k heal or whatever. Would be nice to be able to heal with style again instead of being a CH Robot. 7500hp doesnt effect ch rotations. just add another cleric or two, speed up the rot by a second and it doesnt change.

These nerfs arent really that major. It just makes mobs a little more challenging. whats wrong with that?

Manaburn? so you can kill woushi again without wizzies killing him...oh wait a minute who the fuck still kills woushi?

So you're saying FD wasn't intended as a pulling tool, huh? In a way, I can beleive that. But considering how long monks have been using it to you know.. pull.. I think at this point and time it's a bloody nerf.

As for the mages... the ones I know? They've been more or less happy with being able to help out with mana durring a raid, in he form of mod rods. Mod up before the fight, nuke durring, mod more if necessary. I don't see that being called a vending machine any more than I see you calling a raid cleric a CH bot... it's part of their job, deal with it.

But be glad you're a gimp, and still trying to finish up your SS quest armor, at least the CH nerf won't have any effect on you.

When you actaully have a point, feel free to make it dipshit. Look at my gear sometime, and then go whine about how I'm still doing my SS armor.. give it a rest, you pasty faced asshat.

I can see where VI thought the manaburn change was necessary, but I don't agree with it. And you're certaintly doing all you can to make me convinced of your argument, oh yeah. Much more convincing along this line and I'm going to die.. laughing.

Deaverux: Yes, we've done IV. I heard we wiped to Lend's guards last night, don't know, wasn't there. <shrug> Heard it had somthing to do with mobs warping through walls and comming back with 6 or 7 at once.

Hmm, we've only wiped to Lendi twice in our 7-8 fights against her Devereaux and both times we're from pushing mobs into walls and watching them poof only to summon most of the raid away from camp. You can check the persons in Farstorm that are in Sleepers to get a number count, two groups worth already. Your "careful" choosing of the word "routinely" is quite inaccurate.

IV, yes we have killed him as well, on our 2nd try even in that same night. Failed #1..corrected tactic's..destroyed IV round #2.

You must have us confused with someone else, worst that ever happened was we wiped to a bad pull once or twice back in the day, just like I saw you guys wipe multiple times while clearing last week with 40+

Skepticate (my new word i just invented) all you want.. We've killed him about 4 months ago Now granted thats not a whole lot of attempts in 4 months.. but we have kicked his ass except for the very first time. After which we regrouped revised tactics and owned him. Frankly it doesn't matter if you beleive it or not. our first recorded kill was on July 18th, 2002.

As Stakkato said your spies and informants are feeding you false information. perhaps you need to pay them more.
