It's all news, it's just hard to listen to the truth sometimes.Xzion wrote:5 minutes ago Cnn NBC and several other news sources were showing live coverage of Jimmy Carters speech at the DNC
Fox news was showing Kerrys wife telling a reporter to "shove it"
I guess if they showed real news, like the DNC it would make Kerry look good, omg liberal media conspiracy!!
I dont know what its like in your little confined world, but i think there are a lot more important things to report then the next presidents wife telling a stalking-ass reporter to shove it or for that matter the VP telling someone to fuck offLlaffer wrote:It's all news, it's just hard to listen to the truth sometimes.Xzion wrote:5 minutes ago Cnn NBC and several other news sources were showing live coverage of Jimmy Carters speech at the DNC

OF COURSE that's how you feel! You've proven time and again that being a two-faced hypocrite is not just aces in your book, it's the criteria that you use to decide who to befriend and vote for.Thess wrote:imo that reporter completely deserved the 'shove it' comment.
I am so sick of every election - republican or democrat - the wife of the person being targetted. HEZBOLLAH
hum didn't the Bush administration complain loudly about the twins' drunken activities being reported on?Damn right that anything any family member (esp the wife) of a candidate is news.
Just because you don't like it being reported doesn't mean it isn't news. But like I said before -- none of the other liberal biased news organizations would report anything that would be detrimental.
When the guy can't keep a dedicated promise to someone as important as his wife, that shows that he lacks the strenght of character to remain dedicated and trusted by the people he represents.Marbus wrote: Yea Clinton got a BJ, what more humourous and the republicans in America think that is a big deal.
I disagree, but by those standards...Adex_Xeda wrote:When the guy can't keep a dedicated promise to someone as important as his wife, that shows that he lacks the strenght of character to remain dedicated and trusted by the people he represents.Marbus wrote: Yea Clinton got a BJ, what more humourous and the republicans in America think that is a big deal.
It's a major character weakness that destroys trust.
A president is entrusted with many things. When he fails to uphold the trust in his own marriage, it shows that he isn't qualified to hold our trust.
Adultery is a big deal to many people.
But he's gone. It's in the past.
That was before he took office though. As far as you know, Bush hasn't snorted coke, or drived drunk while in office and has been loyal to his wife!Xzion wrote: how about a president that has been arrested for driving drunk at least twice, has done cocane, and drove several buisnesses into the ground that he was handed on a silver plate?
You're really quite good at justifying horrible things.Winnow wrote:That was before he took office though. Every president has past issues from when they were young but I would separate that from issues when they are in office.
Bush had an unfortunate liberal side to him for awhile that made him act like james dean and be rebellious.
Damn, i always thought you were a (fair) moderate, who would be able to look beyond a presidents personal life when analyzing the politician, but your proving to be a flat out partisan.Winnow wrote:That was before he took office though. Of course I'm not basing real decisions on this crap Xzion. Battling over a blow job while married and in office over partying it up during your early 20's isn't going to decide the election.Xzion wrote:Damn, i always thought you were a (fair) moderate, who would be able to look beyond a presidents personal life when analyzing the politician, but your proving to be a flat out partisan.Winnow wrote:That was before he took office though. Besides the buisness part i could give two shits weather or not Bush has done Coke in his past or gotten DUIs, but it does matter to people questioning a presidents "morality"
Or is this just an excuse to make the "enemy" look bad?
Sounds like Fox viewers answer these super-generalized questions more accurately than their PBS-NPR viewers.Has the US found WMDs in Iraq?
Fox viewers who say yes: 33%
PBS-NPR viewers who say yes: 11%
Does world opinion favor the US invasion of Iraq?
Fox viewers who say yes: 35%
PBS-NPR viewers who say yes: 5%
Has the US found links between Iraq and Al-Quaeda?

We have found WMD's. (Only a handful though)
Most people do think getting rid of Saddam was the right thing to do.
It was proven their waas a link between Iraq and Al-Qaeda.(Just no link between them and 9/11 or any other terrorist activities thus far.)
When you ask leading questions like that, you get the desired responses to "try" and prove your point of a biased FNC.
Uh no.We have found WMD's. (Only a handful though)
However, the question wasn't wether getting rid of Saddam was a good thing or not. This was the question:Most people do think getting rid of Saddam was the right thing to do.
And the answer to that is a clear hell no. Huge difference between favour the invasion and agreeing that getting rid of Saddam was good.Does world opinion favor the US invasion of Iraq?
No more than a link between the US government and al Qaeda. It was proven their waas a link between Iraq and Al-Qaeda.(Just no link between them and 9/11 or any other terrorist activities thus far.)
A link to the overall site was posted by Lalanae earlier, http://www.pipa.orgVoronwë wrote:If the people who did that survey wanted to get a more accurate answer they should have asked the question more clearly. By the way, did anybody link the actual story from PEW on this?
or is it a link of a news story reporting what PEW said (with the obligatory 8th grade reading level dumbing down of the content).
Read Voro's reasonable response please. If you can step away from your narrow mind for one fuckign minute you will be able to understand my point.Kelshara wrote:Uh no.We have found WMD's. (Only a handful though)

Keep grasping.
Your such a simpleton. I really pity the pity close to you for having to live with someone with so much hate and rage.Kelshara wrote:heh seeing read now? Unusual typos even for an idiot like you.
I read it, and I'll call anyone who defines what has been found "WMDs" when you know the talk about it in advance an idiot. Of course, Voro only touched on the WMD question part so you ignored the rest as was expected when you can't come up with anything to say. I would also LOVE to see you trying to work out the "world opinion favours US invasion" part which you so nicely sidestepped.
Now go look in the mirror, make your "fighting face" and scream "fuck muslims!" as loud as you can. I am sure it will make you feel better.
