Baghdad, Iraq, Jul. 21 (UPI) -- Iraqi security reportedly discovered three missiles carrying nuclear heads concealed in a concrete trench northwest of Baghdad, official sources said Wednesday.
Still unconfirmed
The report could not be authenticated by the interior ministry or the national security department, but the paper noted Iraqi Foreign Minister Hoshiar Zibari made a surprise request recently to Mohammed el-Baradei, head of the International Atomic Energy Agency, to resume inspections for weapons of mass destruction in Iraq.

They pointed out that the missiles were actually discovered in the trenches lying under six meters of concrete and designed in a way to unable sophisticated sensors from discovering nuclear radiation
"To unable sophisticated sensors"!?!?!?!?
For crying out loud.
Interesting story though. Should be big news if it's true.
As soon as reuters confirms...oh what an unholy day it will be here in washington...I don't want to have to eat crow's pie, or my own feet...or whatever you whitty word people come up with for me being wrong...
I tell you that misprint of "unable" makes it look poopie...
The good news is, we wouldn't have to argue anymore about who is right and who is wrong, right guys?
We would argue over wether the sky is periwinkle or cornflower blue. All right minded people know that it's powder blue
"There is at least as much need to curb the cruel greed and arrogance of part of the world of capital, to curb the cruel greed and violence of part of the world of labor, as to check a cruel and unhealthy militarism in international relationships." -Theodore Roosevelt
Well we can still argue over right and wrong and even whether or not Bush had a good plan for getting out of IRAQ. However if they have found nuclear weapons I think that justifies the toppling of Saddam... and that's my opinion. Not saying other things Bush has done is right or wrong but I felt the war was justified then felt lied to... at least this will make ME sleep a little better but may to little, hopefully some though, to comfort those who have lost family members.
Baghdad, Iraq, Jul. 21 (UPI) -- A U.S. military official Wednesday denied a report of Iraqi missiles carrying nuclear warheads being found in a concrete trench northwest of Baghdad.
I don't think I would be getting excited about an article whose entire point is that the military officials are denying a false rumor of nuclear weapons being found.
I would think they are much more apt to find some chemical weapons than they ever would to find any nukes. I don't think Saddam had nuclear capabilities yet....and I doubt Iran would be selling him any.

At this point, even if they found some, it still wouldn't justify Bush's actions. The war was started because Iraq reportedly had weapons and we reportedly had proof of it and we reportedly knew where they were.
Guess what. 1. They don't. 2. We don't. 3. We don't.
Anything they find (if anything) at this point is going to be highly suspicious and most people are going to believe they were planted by Bush to raise his poll numbers.

Yeah, because there is absolutely NO chance anything could be found.
Or at least that's what we have to believe because of dumbasses that automatically think something was planted just because it took so long to find. No, I don't believe we will find any either, but I sure as hell won't think we planted it if we did.

Actually most of the people who would believe it is outside of the US in the Middle East. You know, those people you try to win over to have any chance of success?

There is a chance something could be found. But there's no chance that they're going ot find what the Bush administration promised us they knew the location and existance of.
Sadam was right in at least one statement. Bush is the criminal. I'm quite curious to hear what he has to say and how much of it will fall on public ears when his trial begins.
We live in a country where we don't have to blindly follow our leaders. Maybe you missed the memo.

Whether I like it or not (I don't) Bush is our country's leader and those of us intelligent enough to see what a fucking mess he has made out of our country are questioning his competance.
I didn't have a beef with Bush until he told the UN to fuck off and invaded Iraq. I had even hoped that we WOULD find WMDs for this country's sake. But we didn't. We look like dick-waggling imperialists and fools to boot. And ever since the Iraq invasion, I've seen nothing from Bush but attempts to cover lie after lie or attempts to impose his personal morality on the rest of the country. He has undermined the integrity of this country in the eyes of the world.

Killing 100's of thousands of his own people, maiming his citizen's because they didn't get a medal in the Olympics and imprisoning children because they wouldn't join his Hitler-esque Youth groups is obviously something worthy of international praise.
