Interesting "Resume" of G.W. Bush

Post by Goth Ranger »

This individual seeks an executive position. He will be available next
January, and is willing to relocate.

RESUME

GEORGE W. BUSH

1600 Pennsylvania Avenue

Washington, DC 20520

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Law Enforcement:
I was arrested in Kennebunkport, Maine, in 1976 for driving under
the influence of alcohol. I pled guilty, paid a fine, and had my
driver's
license suspended for 30 days. My Texas driving record has been "lost"
and
is not available.

Military:
I joined the Texas Air National Guard and went AWOL. I refused to
take a drug test or answer any questions about my drug use. By joining
the
Texas Air National Guard, I was able to avoid combat duty in Vietnam.

College:
I graduated from Yale University with a low C average. I was a
cheerleader.

PAST WORK EXPERIENCE:
I ran for U.S. Congress and lost. I began my career in the oil
business in Midland, Texas, in 1975. I bought an oil company, but
couldn't
find any oil in Texas. The company went bankrupt shortly after I sold
all my
stock. I bought the Texas Rangers baseball team in a sweetheart deal
that
took land using taxpayer money. With the help of my father and our
friends
in the oil industry (including Enron CEO Ken Lay), I was elected
governor of
Texas.

ACCOMPLISHMENTS AS GOVERNOR OF TEXAS:

I changed Texas pollution laws to favor power and oil companies,
making Texas the most polluted state in the Union. During my tenure,
Houston
replaced Los Angeles as the most smog-ridden city in America.

I cut taxes and bankrupted the Texas treasury to the tune of
billions in borrowed money.

I set the record for the most executions by any governor in
American history.

With the help of my brother, the governor of Florida, and my
father's appointments to the Supreme Court, I became President after
losing
by over 500,000 votes.

ACCOMPLISHMENTS AS PRESIDENT:

I am the first President in U.S. history to enter office with a
criminal record.

I invaded and occupied two countries at a continuing cost of over
one billion dollars per week.

I spent the U.S. surplus and effectively bankrupted the U.S.
Treasury.

I shattered the record for the largest annual deficit in U.S.
history.

I set an economic record for most private bankruptcies filed in any
12-month period.

I set the all-time record for most foreclosures in a 12-month
period.

I set the all-time record for the biggest drop in the history of
the U.S. stock market. In my first year in office, over 2 million
Americans
lost their jobs and that trend continues every month.

I'm proud that the members of my cabinet are the richest of any
administration in U.S. history. My "poorest millionaire," Condoleeza
Rice,
has a Chevron oil tanker named after her.

I set the record for most campaign fund-raising trips by a U.S.
President.

I am the all-time U.S. and world record-holder for receiving the
most corporate campaign donations.

-My largest lifetime campaign contributor, and one of my best
friends, Kenneth Lay, presided over the largest corporate bankruptcy
fraud
in U.S. History, Enron.

My political party used Enron private jets and corporate attorneys
to assure my success with the U.S. Supreme Court during my election
decision.

I have protected my friends at Enron and Halliburton against
investigation or prosecution. More time and money was spent
investigating
the Monica Lewinsky affair than has been spent investigating one of
the
biggest
corporate rip-offs in history. I presided over the biggest energy
crisis in
U.S. history and refused to intervene when corruption involving the
oil
industry was revealed.

I presided over the highest gasoline prices in U.S. history.

I changed the U.S. policy to allow convicted criminals to be
awarded government contracts.

I appointed more convicted criminals to administration than any
President in U.S. history.

I created the Ministry of Homeland Security, the largest
bureaucracy in the history of the United States government.

I've broken more international treaties than any President in U.S.
history.

I am the first President in U.S. history to have the United Nations
remove the U.S. from the Human Rights Commission.

I withdrew the U.S. from the World Court of Law.

I refused to allow inspector's access to U.S. "prisoners of war"
detainees and thereby have refused to abide by the Geneva Convention.

I am the first President in history to refuse United Nations
election inspectors (during the 2002 U.S. election).

I set the record for fewest numbers of press conferences of any
President since the advent of television.

I set the all-time record for most days on vacation in any one-year
period. After taking off the entire month of August, I presided over
the
worst security failure in U.S. history.

I garnered the most sympathy ever for the U.S. after the World
Trade Center attacks and less than a year later made the U.S. the most
hated
country in the world, the largest failure of diplomacy in world
history.

I have set the all-time record for most people worldwide to
simultaneously protest me in public venues (15 million people),
shattering
the record for protests against any person in the history of mankind.

I am the first President in U.S. history to order an unprovoked,
pre-emptive attack and the military occupation of a sovereign nation. I
did
so against the will of the United Nations, the majority of U.S.
citizens,
and the world community.

I have cut health care benefits for war veterans and support a cut
in duty benefits for active duty troops and their families in wartime.

In my State of the Union Address, I lied about our reasons for
attacking Iraq and then blamed the lies on our British friends.

-I am the first President in history to have a majority of
Europeans (71%) view my presidency as the biggest threat to world peace
and
security.

I am supporting development of a nuclear "Tactical Bunker Buster,"
a WMD.

I have so far failed to fulfill my pledge to bring Osama Bin Laden
to justice.

RECORDS AND REFERENCES:

All records of my tenure as governor of Texas are now in my
father's library, sealed and unavailable for public view.

All records of SEC investigations into my insider trading and my
bankrupt companies are sealed in secrecy and unavailable for public
view.

All records or minutes from meetings that I, or my Vice-President,
attended regarding public energy policy are sealed in secrecy and
unavailable for public review.

PLEASE CONSIDER MY EXPERIENCE WHEN VOTING IN 2004!

Goth Ranger is just a mindless drone that gobbles up anything that is "politically contentious" so he can be cool and savvy because he has no identity. Where did you get that "resumé" again? Oh yeah, it wasnt funny when I got it in the email, although an attention starved "goth" like yourself needs to post email vomit because it gets you that much needed shout out from your honey sweetkastings.

If you'd like to have an actual philosophical convo I'm more than open.
Furthermore. Anything involving perception can be turned around.

Many idiots are considered "cool" in some circles for example.
Bush actually did get 49.9999% of the vote 4 years ago after all.

Ultimately the best way to enslave someone, is one which allows the enslaved consider themselves free (and brave)

Impressive numbers for Bush on a decidedly liberal message board. If you take into account that a few of the "they're both gay but voting for Kerry" people probably won't bother to vote, it's a pretty tight race at a time when Bush is expected to be at his lowest point statistically in an election year right after the democrat VP has been selected and with the Demo convention coming up...oh and after Michael Moore did his best to influence public opinion in favor of Kerry, and with this thread itself anti Bush.

No conspiracy theories may be needed afterall.

He's also a dipshit because he once again uses a blanket statement to describe the US. Under every government people are given a degree of freedom, depending on the type. Therefore the only system in which there is no overarching entity granting freedom is where there is no entity, hence anarchy. He's just trying to be "philosophical" so he posts quotes that he thinks are "deep", or else he just goes to some other philosophy board and copies and pastes stuff he likes. I doubt he has any clue what he's talking about.

Anuin, concept of goth runs beyond your grasp if you think that. Many are into philosophy the average bread eater in U.S.A. could not grasp.
I'm not limiting my statement to the U.S.
Far as the quote, it is my own.
Old enough to vote, and planning to put in for Kerry this election.

Anarchy would be a pretty system if it only were workable under conditions of human greed hampering peaceful co-existence. In an actual anarchy we would be looking at murders, thefts, rapes far exceeding our current rates of such

Far as my musings on politics. They are a recent trend, I've always been more interested in social philosophy, far as people's behaviour in regards to one another. Countries' need for uneducated people to exist in order to supply basic level services such as, for example, a McDonalds worker.

What the fuck are you talking about? You obviously create the dichotomy between Americans and non-americans, you say "the average bread eater in the USA could not grasp" therefore you assert that the "average bread eater" in any other country would understand your "philosophical" statements. But you then go and promptly contradict that statement with your final line stating
Countries' need for uneducated people to exist in order to supply basic level services such as, for example, a McDonalds worker.
Therefore you concede that there exists a "breed" of uneducated individual incapable of understanding your "deep musing" even in *gasp* European countries. Which would be a direct contradiction to your elitist "europe is greater than the US" assertion. That assertion is absurd to begin with, to believe that every european is better than every American is just ignorant. All you're trying to do is develop an elitist platform for yourself so that when you get thrashed by one of us "inferior" Americans then you can cower behind that protective veil and promptly reply "But im European" then thumb your nose. Did I mention this platform just makes you look like a jabbering idiot?

You also prove what I was saying before your concept of "goth intelligence", you contend that they all understand your "philosophy" because they are all obviously more intelligent than any of us, but your perception of intelligence is once again molded by your surroundings, hence when you say
Many idiots are considered "cool" in some circles for example.
and I respond
Like goths for example?
I am saying that your an idiot amongst idiots and only believe that you are correct because your circle reaffirms your idiocy. The fickle goth is once again reassured to me when you say
Far as my musings on politics. They are a recent trend
Therefore its only the recent trendy thing in your circle of friends to get into this cool politics thing, and post awsome politics things you find in your email inbox. You obviously have no idea what you're talking about and thus attempt to mold all your arguments around the notion of "social philosophy" because thats what you're SooOoOoo good at. In case I didnt paste on the sarcasm thick enough, your "social philosophy" sucks too.
Anarchy would be a pretty system if it only were workable under conditions of human greed hampering peaceful co-existence. In an actual anarchy we would be looking at murders, thefts, rapes far exceeding our current rates of such
This is a BLINDING FLASH OF THE FUCKING OBVIOUS. No shit the abscence of laws would lead to that all so comprehensive list of things you have there, but that only goes prove that your prior quote
Ultimately the best way to enslave someone, is one which allows the enslaved consider themselves free (and brave)
is fucking stupid. As a result of increased crime then people group into communities in order to assure security, and thus the state recycles, it is impossible to exist as humans without the state, therefore your "deep" quote is a load of utopian horseshit, as there will always be the "enslaved". As a result every human is capable of "murders, thefts, and rapes", therefore there is no stable ground for you to assert that you are better than anybody. You also can't give someone bravery, it isnt something guaranteed by the "enslaver". Who knows why you put that on there, it sounds dumb as shit.

In conclusion, since you are an expert in "people's behaviour in regards to one another" then it should be all too obvious right now that no one here likes you.

So go the fuck away.

Anuin first of all, Im not saying that you can give someone bravery, if your reading comprehension was up to par with your argumentative asshole counterpart, you'd have seen that.

You can give people illusions of such easily though.
Quickfix example of it?

Roman Gladiators. They were enslaved, but considering they went into an arena to fight to the death, made hints at some form of bravery. They had that illusion. This illusion was perpetuated by crowds cheering for those who emerged victorious.

Anuin, In European countries, where people actually have some fucking grasp on politics which surround them, I'd expect a much more open minded approach to philosophy of any sort. IF at the least wider entertainment of such.

The last thing Americans want to hear is just HOW FUCKING STUPID they are as a mass. Look around at the country. Where a college president is allowed to refuse living in a house of the previous occupant of the position, because it is a "Plantation Style" abode, and as an african american, he feels offended. Furthermore this person uses school coffer funds to build himself a NEW one...

HOW FUCKING STUPID IS THAT?!

That's one person.. Hardly a 'mass'.

You're right of course. But I still agree on the statement that Americans on average are pretty stupid.

It was either kill the guy next to you or die. Tell me exactly whats bravery in stabbing the guy first?

On second thought, just stop posting. Your dribble that you call philosophy is so fucking vague that it can be interpreted any way. I hope that Philosophy Degree helped you getting that job as a waiter.

You're a fucking moron. The entire basis for your argument is the power of the state and its ability to create or destroy freedom. Your quote is a direct representation of that idea, that when someone agrees to abide by a state and its laws then they are guaranteed certain freedoms. The state can manipulate or create the "illusion" of freedom, but they cant create the illusion of bravery. Roman gladiators were fucking slaves, thats right, they had no freedom to begin with. Therefore they are exempt from this argument entirely. Shanter is also quite on the ball here, they werent fighting to further the cause of the state, or to do anything productive at all. They were fighting in order to survive and for the entertainment of other people. You cant create bravery, its something that is done on an individual basis exempt from collective thought. Perhaps you're talking about patriotism, that might be construed as bravery that is created by the state. Oh but wait. You "europeans" do the exact same thing.

pa·tri·ot·ism ( P ) Pronunciation Key (ptr--tzm)
n.
Love of and devotion to one's country.

You contend that European countries (and I bet most importantly your home country) are the best of every one in the world. You do it too dipshit, so shove it.
Anuin, In European countries, where people actually have some fucking grasp on politics which surround them, I'd expect a much more open minded approach to philosophy of any sort. IF at the least wider entertainment of such.
Wrong again. Europeans are still people who are a product of the collective mind, IE mob mentality. When there was the terrorist bombing in Madrid prior to their national elections, the populous was thrown into a frenzy eventually leading to the total reallignment of their government.

As the BBC reports "Spain's Socialist Party wins a surprise victory in the country's general election, after voters appear to turn on the government over its handling of the Madrid attacks."

Better grasp on politics and philosophy my ass. Dipshit.

And Finally
The last thing Americans want to hear is just HOW FUCKING STUPID they are as a mass. Look around at the country. Where a college president is allowed to refuse living in a house of the previous occupant of the position, because it is a "Plantation Style" abode, and as an african american, he feels offended. First Aslanna is right on. One person, but on the same token I have a story just like that about a European.

Ok, so there is this internet message board where this stupid dumbshit keeps coming to post about his "philosophy" and how great Europeans are, even though everything he posts is a type of bastardized philosophical gibberish that he claims he thought of himself, even though every garden vegetable before him has come up with more advanced concepts then he could ever dream of. And even though he's constantly owned by these proclaimed "stupid Americans" he continually comes back and makes himself look more like a complete and total ignorant moron.

HOW FUCKING STUPID IS THAT?!

Do me a huge favor, assume for half a second that "the masses" in general will apply to every single fucking country.

I'll be the first to criticize the Bush admin or the yokels around here that can't see their toes over their guts and/or shotguns, but you can't possibly think that your country(whatever it may be) isn't equally full of clods. Selective superiority is just as stupid as non-query of the government's decisions.

Seriously, whatever country you live in has, at least, the same number of schmoes running around.

You are a fucking idiot. Gladiators BEGAN as slaves. But towards the later years of the empire, many fought for a career. Many Roman citizens became gladiators of their own will.
Your comment on Gladiators fighting not furthering the states' cause. Wrong again. There is a famous quote by a Roman senator, whose name is lost to intiquity. it goes along the lines of
The simplest way to make a populace happy, is to supply food and games

In case you forgot, many Roman emperors who came into power through coups, then turned the public favor in their own direction by supplying exquisite games to the mass.

The Gladiators gave Roman citizens a vicarious experience in war, in "Heroics" Much as watching a movie does for you. Entertainment does have a purpose.

Europeans being dumber than Americans, or equivalently dumb. Somehow your opinion here, should meet with recent comparisons of academic level between European students, and American ones.

Blanket statement holding true, much to your chagrin I'm sure. American kids lost the living shit out of this comparison. They did however win when it came to being ignorant, self important pricks, with illusions of grandeur.

My home country will remain un named here, but I hardly contend it is better than America. Quite the opposite. I'd wager a guess they are even closer to stupid apes as a whole. Any country whose leader is proud that "love of god" guides his actions, needs to re-evaluate itself.

Want to hear about frenzy and mob mentality? How about the time that a radio show caused mass panic in New York City? This is an exact example of the mass idiocy, that many Americans still pretend they do not participate in

http://www.btinternet.com/~jd.gosling/wotw/radio.htm
Read and weep. This shit DID happen.

Far as your opinion of me. Have it and keep it. I think you are merely loathing to admit just how fucked up yourself, and this country are, where insurance companies are assumed to be victims of those who get hurt and then require medical assistance.
Where in many states welfare is privatized.

A country whose peoples' over-all grasp of history is poor enough, that they actually believe they "liberated" and "saved" people in Iraq and Afghanistan. The same people, who suffered because, actions of your leaders from the past were filled with idiocy. The same leaders whose incompetence allowed seeds of the terrorism which the world now suffers to be planted.
As the cold winds blew in snow.
The cherry petals fell.
I fell in love with war.

I'm still wondering about this comment myself.

As for those shitheaps of text you call your own philosophy, I'd suggest sticking to writing your self-loathing poetry. It's more than likely the most credible thing you'll ever write.
