Well, apply enough sexual repression to an area and I guess anything is possible. The part I find most hilarious is the amount of preperation this guy went through, with the shaving and all that shit. Smuggling in his apparatus could not have been an easy task, either. I also have to wonder what the fuck was stimulating enough to masturbate over in a court session. Unless of course he just wanted the thrill of public sex or something, in which case this is one for the record books.
