They built a tunnel to honor Ted Williams in Boston. What did he imagine would be built for him?

"Nothing, man," he said. "I'm black. They don't build stuff for blacks."

Personally, I think he's bitter because people just don't like the guy on/off the field due to his attitude.

Boston loves Pedro, Manny, David Ortiz, Pokey Reese, they even were supportive of Kim while he (tried to) pitch.

Bonds is a spoiled fucking kid. I love Boston, I hate Bonds. I hope he goes to DH in the AL and gets intentionally walked every single time he gets up to bat until he dies of drug enhancement blood poisoning.

Aaron used to make the same sorts of comments, and has in fact said to Bonds he's the one that carries the torch now, was Hank as asshole too??? Is america no longer a racist society??? And Boston is, aside from NY the toughest place to play, I grew up at fenway, they may love the way you play, but that never stopped them from saying things like "that nigger (Jim Rice) sure can hit".
