This may have been done before, but I'm kind of curious.
Do you still actively play EverQuest? By actively I mean at least once a week for more than just loggin on to chat with people. Are you an active player, moving forward and such.
I'm playing, but about to re-adjust my hours.
Got hooked again and have slacked on my writing / webmastering / cleaning / working out, quickly sliding back to where I was a few months ago.
Akaran of Mistmoore, formerly Akaran of Veeshan I know I'm good at what I do, but I know I'm not the best.
But I guess that on the other hand, I could be like the rest.
i must be different cause just before GoD came out i was finding it easier to get bored. new AAs, spells, quests, content made it lots of fun. i can't wait for the next expansion, level 70 here i come!
I still play, and probably will until EQ is no more.
I'm playing WoW beta too, but so far its just leveling and questing. Maybe it will be more interesting in the higher levels when Guilds start raiding.

Every day. I've found the joys of playing an enchanter to be great, and so am dabbling in my high elf. Eagerly awaiting EQ2 beta, but until that day I'm pushing towards the high end content in EQLive that I was never able to reach during my casual days.
Yeah, I play, but I'm finding my SNES Emulator and Killer Instinct ROM getting more fun..I feel like a little kid again when I get that Ultra combo on hard difficulty..I can't find a class on Evercrack that suits me..My main is a 59 mage, but I'm finding it tough to get a group over a rogue or ranger for DPS, even with my epic..Things are just falling out for me and EQ..but I think I'm still gonna casually play until I can't afford to buy the 40th expansion..
I do not play, I wish I had sold my 65 Mage, 55 Pally, 53 Druid, multiple level 30's and 40s etc off but I never had the heart to do so. They all stand facing the setting sun in Ocean of Tears.
I logged out when CT died, because it was not worth facing the drama of another guild.

So from what it seems, 60% of this board doesn't play EQ anymore. I wanna say the last time this was done, the % was more in favor of players. Guess it's only interesting to me, but it's still interesting.
Hayley wrote:Now that the baby is finally on a sleep schedule, I've started playing again. I also dabble a bit in WoW beta.
How old is the baby?
Looking forward to a more stable sleep schedule. My daughter's 2.5 mo old now.
He's almost 4 months now (will be 4 months on the 13th) but he started getting on a good sleep schedule at 3 months. All of a sudden it just happened...he went to bed around 8 PM and wasn't up until 4 AM.
As of this weekend, I no longer play EQ, thankfully. If you see me, it isn't me, it's a friend of mine, I am done with that broken assed peice of shit time sink
