5 upgrades per camp.

500 total runs.

I'm not sure about beyond that, Crinus would be the guy to ask. I've seen the adventure stone links showing amazing stats that seem impossible to attain and better than any other piece of gear in the game, but I'm not sure if it's "true" listings or potentials based on lucy info.
