PS2 vs. PC Games
Since I can't play EQ anymore...and I doubt I'll get into EQ2 beta...wtf do you suggest I do? Get a PS2 and go back to being the RPG and first person shooter fanatic I was years ago or start buying more PC games (but ones that aren't meant to last as long as EQ)

I can't stand to play shooters if it isn't on the PC... haven't since Goldeneye and Perfect Dark (I miss Dark..). Mouse controll is too important on my targeting screen than anything on the console.. I'm a percision gunner when able. Metroid Prime is the only exception to this rule.
I'd go with a PS2 PC combo, it's what I do and it works out quite well.

I know I'm good at what I do, but I know I'm not the best.
But I guess that on the other hand, I could be like the rest.

The nice thing, in my opinion, about the PS2 (or XBOX even) is that all the games you can play on it, you can play on it. You don't have to worry about whether your PC needs an upgrade or not to play.
It's also nice to have less keys to worry about using in a game when you're using a console controller versus a PC keyboard. But on the other hand, most of the military games, I don't play on console specifically because I hate trying to remember the combos to do all the moves. For those, the PC is better by far.
So basically, I didn't really say much, but I got to type a lot. Have a great day!
