The substance of what she said was dead on target.

This thread is wonderful proof that the "Hate Bush at all costs" camp just cannot deal with objective reality.
I don't think it is possible to use the phrase "silver bullet" that many times unrehersed.

I think she did pretty well but she did fillibuster many of the dems, even when asked specifically for a yes\no answer and she was busted badly when made to state the title of the pres daily breifing.

I like the job Bob Kerrey is doing, he has been tough on everyone I've seen him question.

As a republican I can say I thought Bob Kerry has done a decent job on questioning, because he has been tough on both sides....I can also say I WAS EXTREMELY digusted of the cheerleaders the Dems brought in from 9/11...I cant remember the name of the group atm but its a group of about 100 people that are very partisan and partially funded by a socialist group...very ultra left wing related to victims of 9/11 somehow....to bring in a cheerleading squad in something that should be serious like this was sick political bs.

In reality there should not be this circus atm...We are still in that war and do not need 9/11 to be politicized in this way, we need national unity on this subject, do it in private if anything to discuss how to better organize our defense mechanisms for terroism..

I also dont need senators to ask stupid questions that anyone who follows this with half a brain already knows....I think a panel of non political citizens would be much better. Not some idiots trying to pin the blame on the other party...Be honest both sides were slacking on this issue...we should of went after AQ like we are now after Somalia and should of never ran out of there. We gave them back bone for being week....Once you commit to something you have to follow it through...YOU HAVE TOO. Clinton and Bush never took the threat as serious as they should of but why???? DuH!!! because the average united states citizen is too pussyified and it would of hurt there poll numbers...The people made them reactive instead of pre-emptive....Hell look at Iraq how the people our so fickle....You do something reactive ya gonna get blamed ya do something pre-emptive ya gonna get blamed...Its all POLITICAL BS..POWER, POWER, POWER!!!!...its quite sad too see how many robots we have on this board as in the general public...76% support then 49% support then up then down...Man idiots need to figure out who they are personally and get some balls and stick with it!!!

I know who I am...Im a war hawk from hell...I personally feel we need to militarily topple just about every damn dictatorship in the world...clean up the shit hole africa and its host of genocides just cause someones taller than you...and spend 50-100yrs whatever it takes and as many lives as it takes to make a stable and pacified world once it is done. WWII opened hell on earth with WMD the atom bomb...its just a matter of time that every shit hole gov't and country will be able to access these type of weapons. Either do something when your able to about it, or ignore it..and wait till it happens...It will happen it will....its just a matter of time the farther off the better.

Well said Sirton.

I think 90% of the political problems in this country would be solved if we moved the US capital to Texas.

Of course!

All of the people not from or in Texas seem to think that's all we're about...

Then they go all hypocritical and say violence should be used on Texans
