Police say Robbins, now 17, told investigators he tried to kill Patty Emanuel, 40, while she was jogging last May 27 because he wanted to have sex with her corpse.

Moving right along...killing a pedestrian seems like the easiest method to get away with murder. Losing control of the vehicle, whatever...I doubt you'd do jailtime unless you were driving under the influence or speeding. In Arizona, running a red light and taking out a pedestrian is a 500.00 fine. That may or may not have been changed recently. Not running a red light and taking out a pedestrian results in being inconveniently detained for questioning most likely.

The head catholic priest in arizona nailed and killed a pedestrian, it did severe damage to his car, he drove home and said noting and called to have his windshield repaired the next day. Someone got his plate number and after a long trial he was given 1000 hours of community service for the hit and run. He said he thought he hit an animal.

It's good to be a Catholic priest! He was the same guy that relocated all of the priests accused of sex offenses to different churches as their penalty.

oop, forgot we're dealing with priests here so sex is automatically assumed. Nailed in this case means "hit" : ) The person he hit wasn't a minor so I doubt sex came into play.
