Dire Straits (>_<)

I saw the Stones at Wembley stadium once. They were shit. But I guess they were 20 years or so past their prime. Twas a shame.

You saw the Stone when they were 20 years past their prime? So this was what, 20 years ago then?

The Dire Straits were the epitomy of the bad music of the 80's. I would rather be beaten to death with a Depeche Mode lunchbox than be forced to endure an entire CD of their music.

Heh Dire Straits' Money for Nothin' was the first song to make me drop my parents country music. I haven't liked country since. The cassette only had 2 or 3 songs I actually liked though.

Moral of the story: Anything is better than Country music.

Let me just echo Kyou and Truant here: You don't fuck with Zimmerman. I'll tie you up and beat you to death with a Martin D-45 or a '57 Strat, just in his and Mr. Knopfler's honor if you ever utter such an opinion again.
