There are no details, while I was in the guild I had trouble seeing why everyone hated them. I was kicked for voicing my oppinion on a raid that was called and simply deciding not to go on that particular raid (meanwhile an officer was PLing his alt in another zone, eventually he did end up going to the raid but only after the other officers chewed him out, and it actually turns out this asshole was the officer who booted me). Within 3 seconds of being booted I had an officer ready to invite me back into the guild but I refused to rejoin until officer that booted me apologised, was demoted, or booted from the guild. That didnt happen so I chose not to rejoin at that time. I logged onto a friends account who also happened to be the co leader of the guild and told the guild I wasnt rejoining due to what I said above.

The response I got was bad, and after putting so much hard work into that guild while getting little or no appreciation just to be bad mouthed like that was horrid. Im not going to go into detail what I did for that guild but the members and officers know, hell the day I left was the day I was also going to be made an officer.

In short, the guild is a bunch of selfish assholes who only care about themselves, there is drama every damn night over the stupidist things you can imagine. I dont see this guild lasting very long.

As far as my reputation, im not sure what I did to deserve my reputation, but I never KSed, Ninja-looted, scammed, or was a guildhopper in my entire EQ life. So those of you that talk shit, can kindly fuck off.

This is my rant, im retired now so I dont really care what you have to say im just blowing off steam.

Sorry to hear about what happened with Apparition Craz, and in my experience your a decent, reasonable person. I see why you would be upset, and your right there is all kinds of fucking drama in Apparition and i would agree if they don't get that straightened out there will be major problems in the near future for them. However should they fix some of these problems i think they might turn out to be a rather formidable force.
And about the ally statement...yea they'll have a ton of fun backflagging if they keep starting shit with other guilds like they've been doing once they get into the elementals.

I'm sorry to hear about your retirement as well, i hope the best for you in your RL and such and wish you the best of luck.

I've been reading VV for about a year now, and never felt the need to respond to a post until now. Very few people know me here, except maybe Atredies. First off i'm not here to defend Apparition on this matter, I don't feel that the reason that Crazie was booted was entirely substantiated. I will note that he was booted prior to this event and was reguilded, which the officers are at fault for.

Crazie you forgot to mention a small fact in your little rant, when you logged on your "friends" account you began deguilding 40+ members of the guild before the guild leader could log on and demote Lleinen. The fact that you would use the account of a friend that trusted you, for this type of behavior says much about your character. I don't doubt your skills as a cleric, you were in my opinion the best cleric in the guild. This however never made up for the fact that you are the biggest control freak I've ever met. You somehow wormed yourself into good standings with the officers and like the little parasite that you are began to eat the guild apart from the inside. You were not happy unless your involved in every decision ever made , down to the color of the underwear that people put on each morning. You were solely responsible for several key members leaving appartition due to your constant drama. It's kind of funny how the second you got your flags your entire view on backflagging changed from let's backflag everyone to, what the fuck are we backflagging people for they should have these flags already.

On a final note Crazie you know your not retired so don't feed us that BS. You traded your cleric for Haxx. This was confirmed by a member of CD, I don't recall the name of the person but I'm sure I can dig it up. After everyone found out that you were Haxx you went into EQSN and tried to trade Haxx for another melee acct. I'm sure your now trolling around on some acct looking for your next guild to infect.

Im sorry you feel that way Gas, your right it was stupid to log on to the officers account but shit I was pissed off at the entire guild and that was the only way I had to retaliate at the moment.

As far as being in every decision, i never wormed my way into anything...i joined the guild and went through the trial period like any other member minding my own business. Once I became a member is when I did my best to change the guild from what it was, drama queens and officer favoritism on every loot we got into the guild it is now. The drama is still there but it sure as hell doesnt take you 2 hours to mobilise does it? There is no question that the loot is fair now is there? Your raid attendance has doubled now hasnt it?

Who came up with the whole idea for how loot is being done now? Who updated that shit about 5 times a day at the beginning and end of each raid? Who took over leading the clerics because the one you had leading them was incompetant? Thats right all of that was me and the officers trusted me, hell the only people that were appreciating my work was the officers. The rest of the guild didnt care as obsverved by me.

As far as the people that left, the ones that left eather didnt trust me to handle the system that I developed and the guild decided to adopt or they couldnt handle the fact that I took them out of the rotation because they couldnt fucking count to 10 and reaked of ebay. If you remember the only people we lost because of me, were eather 1. skipping raids on a daily basis for no real valid reason, or 2. were ebay and had no fucking clue how to play their class. Yea half your guild is ebay, that says a lot about the guild.

That sounds like a disaster waiting to happen.

IMHO for a guild to work well you only need one drama queen. Usually it's the guild leader, using his/her "drama" to motivate the group into performing well.

If you have a drama queen anywhere else (especially as a cleric) you're just asking for trouble.

One other thing, If you find that you're losing sleep, or getting all emotional about guild politics, you're playing too much and have lost perspective.

Trust me, I've been down that path.

The officers got pissed and removed you.

You logged in on an officer account and removed members from the guild. DOUBLY screwing them that day. No officers were removed, and they got rid of a DQ Ebayer.

As far as I see it, you did the leadership of that guild a favor and fucked over your "guildmates" in the process.

They're better off without you now.

Believe me, you're not the only person who can tell people to count to ten and push a button or organize a DKP system. People were doing that long before your ebaying ass and they'll be doing a much better job long after you've wormed your way into another guild on the pretense that you're some level 65 character that you traded or ebayed yourself into, trying to lose the reputation that you've built for yourself.

Crazie. I don't give a flying shit. Raid = Raid. Unless its listed as optional, you come down, worst case, you ninja log.

Yeah, you were booted for it, because if your shit slid, the little "Im not coming to ______, boot me if you want", then we'd have more repeat offenses #1. The precedent would have been set. #2 We would have more complaints that you get preferential treatment.

Guess what. DKP is an old concept, it could have simply been ripped off point for point from any one of the hundreds of guilds which use the system.

Ultimately its just adding and subtracting, most 4th graders can do it.
Balancing wise, yeah it can be a pain, but then again, officer awarding is more of a pain in the long run, and it tends to break a lot of guilds.

You would have been reinvited given an apology given a simple apology for your little "Im not coming" crap, but you opted to irritate the situation, and start booting people who haven't done jack shit to you.
