Wow gratz FDA...psychologists and psychiatrists have know this for a good 40 years...The "suicide paradox" is in pretty much every freshman psych text book from the '70's on...Actually the modern SSRI antidepressants are less prone to this than the old MAOI and tricyclics but its pretty much a given that if you get negative symptoms of depression resolving before the positive symptoms you have a suicidal person with enough energy and will to do something about it...
