I was in OOT helping a friend kill sharks when she asked me "What is The Fabled Allizewsaur?". Well I ran over to his island and BAM there the sucker. So I took a shot at him, sacrificed Kibantik to see how hard he hits ... 2k. I think he is one of the harder hitting Fabled mobs I have come across.

Anyway, the bastard is back and he is wicked mean. Good thing the boats no longer work, he would surely be terrorizing again!

He used to be soloable by a low 50's necro from what I heard.
I hunted for him several times, never ran across the bloke though.

Hmmmm no Akaran, there was/is a GM event. They revived some old mobs by making them hit hard and giving em more HP and shit. For example, today the Fabled Ghoul Assassin handed me my ass because he was hitting for near 900.

They added new spawns to old camps. I was in najena today killing Drelenza (the one who used to drop jboots) and "The Fabled Drelenza" spawned. I killed her and she dropped right click insta SoW boots.

Its some "yay EQ" thing for its 5th birthday.

he was solo'able pre-kunark.

pretty sure Luite did it, and Kaluian told me about it the first time he did it.

I used to solo dokusaurus rex for research materials way before kunark came out. it wasn't a hard mob.

I can't. They usually lock threads I post in due to vulgarity or harassment towards morons like our friend here. Sometimes there is a logical discussion and it is nice. However a good deal of the time threads just get locked due to the "no personal attacks/flaming" rule.

Alizewsaur was a cash source I used late kunark, or early velious, been too long. That was very fun, especially the first time, I hadnt solo'd a whole lot before then, I was a grouper. He killed me twice before I killed him, once a long time before when I was just exploring OOT at like level 30

i love "fabled mobs" like this and Im glad they are bringing em back...They didnt happen to bring back the Kraken or Megladon did they?

I soloed Dokusaurus Rex with my druid at level 51 once, took me a little over an hour to do it kiting...lol not exactly a great accomplishment, but I was proud of myself that I was able to even do it! This, with the help of free clicky dot.
