It's a Don Hertzfeldt animation. The URL was originally http://www.bitterfilms.com, but they've taken it down and now offer a cheap DVD of it instead. I think they were having bandwidth issues...and they decided to profit from it instead of giving it away.

Dunno where it can be found online presently. Somebody somewhere has to have it.
