LOS ANGELES (Hollywood Reporter) - Making a giant leap from playing a serial killer in "Monster," Oscar nominee Charlize Theron could next find herself playing a futuristic assassin in a film based on the MTV cartoon series "Aeon Flux."
Created by Peter Chung, the MTV series revolved around a killer known for her extreme style, cool attitude, tight clothes and propensity for dying. The Paramount feature is targeting a June start. Karyn Kusama ("Girlfight") will direct.
Theron recently picked up best actress honors at the SAG Awards and the Golden Globe Awards for her starring turn in Patty Jenkins' "Monster" for Newmarket Films. Theron starred in Paramount's remake of "The Italian Job" last year.

I can definitely picture Charlize in the dominatrix/assassin outfits. Matter of fact, I'm picturing it right now. OMG. So leet. Yes.
