Is this disturbing to anyone else?

No holds barred discussion. Someone train you and steal your rare spawn? Let everyone know all about it! (Not for the faint of heart!)

Really bugs me that they're taking a classic OMGIAMRETARDEDCAUSEALOTISTWOWORDS of us grew up with and making it into a martial arts flick.. in all seriousness.

of all the news items on that website i would rank this one in the bottom 1% of "disturbing factor" to me =).

they can do whatever they want, it is their intellectual property. i won't watch it either way, outside of the "hi ho hi ho" song i thought that movie was boring as hell when i was a kid =)

Not disturbing to me because I never saw the animated movie as a child. As an adult now, I think the film will be pretty cool but only if they have nudity. Ok, that was as a perverted adult.

I dunno sounds like it could be entertaining to me. It's enough off the original and un-animated that it seems it will just be loosely based.

Sounds neat to me, it's not like they're going to have Sneezy, Slutty, Sassy, Sexy, Stupid, Sanguine and Silly Dwarves flying around a magical forest with furry woodland creatures in animated form. It'll be fully live action with an Eastern-Oriented story and background.

I really started running out of S names for dwarves.

I hope the Monk which is supposed to be Sleepy uses the Sleeping Fist!

Keeping track of all seven dwarfs is actually quite simple once you have mastered this simple mnemonic device: two S’s, two D’s, and three emotions. Two S’s: Sleepy and Sneezy; two D’s: Dopey and Doc; and three emotions: Happy, Bashful, and Grumpy.

Proves my theory.. there are no original ideas left in the entertainment industry.

It's not a classic, and I sure as hell didn't grow up with it.

It's fucking disney. I don't care if they make Mickey a gerbil.

"Snow White and the Seven Samuri"

Just a general piss take on tons of fairy tales
