I love how all these idiots throw the weights down when they're done.

I remember this dumbass in HS who used to do that, until one day he didn't throw it quite far enough. They were able to reattach most of his ring finger, but the pinkie was fucking hamburger.

Some do it to get attention in teh gym for sure! I've seen OMGIAMRETARDEDCAUSEALOTISTWOWORDS of em trying to impress with such a method!

Others do it because when you rep to failure, you dont have any strength left in teh arms!

I only do such a thing when im totally exhausted. I dont need to drop weights down to get attention!
