Lightning Bolt!
My biggest question is, how did the nerds who started this phenomenon find all these people who share their interests? One would think someone who engages in this sort of thing wouldn't have very many friends to begin with.

I like the guys in the battle that are standing arround wondering wtf they're supposed to be doing.
Plus..
How do they know if a spell landed or was resisted? i mean comeon.. wtf?! Is it whether or not your rock hits the guy? Or is there some system in place with a bunch of guys on the sides rolling dice and then telling the people in little radio ear pieces whether or not they should fall down or disintegrate or become enraged or what have you.
those videos make me embarassed to like rpgs. I think i'm gonna go get a "dew" and try my hand at offroad skateboarding.

I guess you guys never heard of "Real life Role Playing games"?
I don't personally do that, but back in the days when i used to play table top games i heard about those.
When i was 12 years old i used to think it would be cool.
Now looking at those movies i don't really know what to think about that kind of "activity"

I'm not sure I could/would ever get into 'Live RPG' groups
But I thoroughly enjoyed paper and dice in it's day.
Unfortunately though, it's hard to find quality people. As this board is evidence, those of us that actually enjoy playing together live on othersides of the country, or world for that matter.
