How to run a Help Desk...

No holds barred discussion. Someone train you and steal your rare spawn? Let everyone know all about it! (Not for the faint of heart!)

I have one chick at work who refuses to reboot her machine. She'd rather work around the problem than fix it. It really pisses me off when she complains that she can't get any work done because her computer is fucked up. Good thing they don't allow weapons at work.

Bubba :

Trojan Horse would be your friend in that case.

Put one on her pc, put a password on it and, reboot her system when you need to =)

And think of all the hours of fun you could have with her, taking control of her mouse, Rebooting the system, closing applications, sending text to the active window.

Ahhh i remember when i used to go on #sex on mirc to send trojans to perverts who had auto accept.. It was fun! Until i saw my own cd-rom drive open. And had to go in dos to delete the stupid trojan..

just my 2cp bud.

I would assume he's on an office computer. The problem is that antivirus software picks up bot the client and server side of a fun administrative type trojan. Installing viruses (even harmless ones) on company computers is generally against policy...generally. Not really any reason to use malicious code when there are pleny of legit programs that will do the same thing :).
Don't blame me if you see my old characters acting like asses.

'accidently' pull the plug/trip over the power strip

download the resource kit for your OS, if it's an NT/wk/xp box, you can issue a remote reboot that nothing can be done about.

Get real good at hitting windows key -> u -> r -> enter

if you were walking around and you came upon a tulip with tits, would you let it be for the rest of the world to enjoy.. or would you pick it and carry it off to a secluded area to motorboat them?
