http://www.ironlife.com/ has a mother load of movies and highlights as well. I think they are having hosting problems with their movies atm, but last I looked it appeared to be getting sorted out. But at any rate, I frequent a mother load of MMA sites and ironlife has the biggest collection I've seen by a large margin. You have to register to their forums to grab them however.
