Can't wait to see it, but the CGI characters don't always work. Was that the hunchback of notre damme in one shot? Hell, I dunno what it was, but it looked like a cartoon.

I think it is Igor, he is in the cast listing, and that didn't look like Franky(I call him this cause he really doesnt have a name, other than "Frankenstein's Monster"). If it is Franky, I think they are making him like grow with lightning, he is at the top of a tower on lightning pole, would make since that he is like, bathing in lightning for power.

Oh and the dude who played Faramir is in it too, as the dude who makes all the weapons Van Helsing uses.

Also another cool fact, there are "Dwerger" in it, which are dwarves, I wonder if they are evil dwarves, like the Duergar from DnD(the dark dwarves in the underdark). Anyhow, if they ARE like the DnD guys at all, that will be sweet.

Someone explain this one to me. I love good supernatural movies and stories, but after watching the trailer, I seriously thought that this looks like it'll be battling the League of Extraordinary Gentlemen for the title of "worst movie I've ever seen." Everything about it looked awful.

However, apparently you guys see something positive in it. What do you see? What makes you think that this could actually be good?

Sueven, I do not think this is going to be an amazing movie, but just a fun, good ol' fashion "popcorn movie". I'd say I was far more hyped and enthusiastic for this movie, BEFORE I saw the trailer. The trailer is quite cheesy, and that's exactly what the movie may be...I just like the concept of melding 3 classic villains together into one movie, with a badass, dark "superhero" to battle them. I am a lover of comics, and though this is not based off comics, it certainly is comicesque. I think it will just be fun, not necessarily a great film at all.

Who knows, it could be worse than Underworld, let us pray that it's not.

I have some faith in Hugh, he is a really good actor and he nailed Wolverine down pretty damned perfectly in my book.

Go look at the topic of "The Ladykillers" If you want to know about a quality film to be truly excited about =)
