Just as I thought. It's crap!
The trained monkeys that are salivating over this leak are hysterical. Most of them seem to be confused and think that this is like WC3. They seem to think that this is the fully game, not just a client. The BNET shortbus is full of the most entertaining threads I have read in a while. They were going on about how there would be fully operational public free servers up and running within a few weeks that would force Blizzard's hand in the matter. Unfortunately, it appears that they were all removed by mods over lunch.

Looks like they've got a server up and running based on the screenshots etc. Personally I can wait, especially with the announcement that they'll be taking beta apps at the end of the month. I just wish they'd announce to everyone who leaked it if they ever found out, I have a feeling it'd be amusing!
