Are you referring to "The Peoples' UI"
or just other peoples' UI?

My UI about two weeks ago: The spell bar to the left always goes completely transparent unless I run my mouse over it... I have since upgraded my spellbar and spell icons to the new tking versions...But this is the basic layout.

It's kinda funny how people on their spare time are able to create icons and books that look MUCH!!!! better then Verant payed artists icons.

there's also a caster / hybrid version of waik's ui that replaces the STA bar with a mana one, with a % on it, very handy.

Here what the UI I've thrown together from other pieces looks like:
And if you like it, feel free to
download it from here
Note that since that screenshot was taken, I've added the compass support, as well as making the playernote fix.
***Edit: Updated and tested post-9/26 patch. Good to go!
Enjoy!

Here's "my" UI - I didn't design it, just fiddled around with a few things. The spell gems I stole from Kreugen, the gem bar is t.king (needs to be replaced, doesn't fit in with the rest of the theme).
It's in 1280x1024 btw...

Friend of mine is hosting this UI (called zw3, it's a modification of Vert's original work) at
http://www.xpc.dk/qycox/zw3.zip
Large mod since it includes the eq toolbox map mod and t.king's spell gems.

Better late than....
Here's mine. The most redeeming quality I like about
this UI is how on every inventory bag; my primary, secondary, range and ammo items are listed for quick change-outs.

You can find OMGIAMRETARDEDCAUSEALOTISTWOWORDS of whats been posted here at the eqgui.com forums and eqinterface.com download site. And if you really like the vert mod you can goto uibuilder.eqinterface.com and make your own custom vert mod online.

I did all of it except a few parts, so I would have to email it to you, or I can post a link to it after I zip it up.

With new spell particles, you can edit them... I was messing around and put this together... it looks cooler in game because the particles rotate and get brighter/darker with lens flares...
http://www.fluffybunnies.org/~kashi/EQ000007.jpg
The only problem is that afte ryou edit them, you have to keep on importing them into the spellparticle directory after patching, because EQ will redownload over top of them.
