Take away the VV Point Cost for the ability to give yourself a title and make titles allowable by default. It's ruining my ability to annoy as I can't give peeps names that haven't bought the right to have a title. We have a bazillion VV points! There's plenty of people deserving of Titles good and bad that can't be given one atm!
