the new blink 182 cd

Post by ZigginSwigalot »

i really dig it. they've matured a lot white retaining the catchiness that got me into them in the first place. i really dig the song with robert smith guest vocals and the nightmare before christmas based song.

what do you all think?

bah I still need to pick it up, but I did see a video from the album on "Fuse". Song was pretty cool. (Can't remember the name for the life of me though. I didn't realize they had new album til I saw that video).

Picked it up before I left to head back to Ohio. Holy shit! I love it. It almost seems like they've totally re-invented themselves but still keep the B182 sound that makes them popular.

I was worried for a little bit cause Enema of the state and Take off your pants and Jacket pretty much sounded the same save for slight variations. As Ziggins put it they've matured quite a bit and I love the sound of this album.

I'd have to say along with the two songs Ziggin's mentioned Stolkholm Syndrome is another great song to add to the list, even if it does seem a bit short. Probably my fav. song on the CD.

that's exactly why i think this album's great Kithyen, they ditched what was holding them back, and still remained fun.
