Played through it this weekend on the Xbox - Extremely fun game. Makes me sad I missed playing the first 2. The integration between movie and game is unbelievable from cutscene to gameplay.

Also the ability to capture the sheer scale of the battles while still keeping things clear enough for you to keep up with was pulled off quite well. Puzzles are fairly straight forward and slightly challenging - but honestly, the game is 95% about huge massive battles.

Over all I give it a 8.5/10!

if you were walking around and you came upon a tulip with tits, would you let it be for the rest of the world to enjoy.. or would you pick it and carry it off to a secluded area to motorboat them?

the first was done by vivendi, and is very poor.

the second however, was done by EA and fits the formula you just described.

This game is definitely a personal winner.

One small problem though, on the Walls of Minas Tirith stage with Gandalf, I fail every time. Not totally sure what to do or even where i went wrong.

You see, as it starts out, I'm fighting all the orcs, running from one side of the wall to the other, knocking out ladders, and what not. Then the cut scene with the siege towers happens. This is where i use the catapault on one of the siege towers to take it out. Afterwards, though, as I'm fighting to keep all the ladders and orcs off the wall, the other siege tower is letting loose a flood of orcs, which I cannot destroy without letting all the ladders come up. This is about the time i lose.

My question is this: Is there something I am completely missing, or is the key to success just to keep knocking down ladders, and destroying the orcs?

I failed english, too

Took me a while to pass this one - You need to go to either end of the wall and use RANGED attacks (3-4 fully powered up take them out) on the siege towers that are approaching - you can do it after they land as well, but it's a bit harder since you're getting the shit beat out of you by orcs. While heaidng back and forth between 'wall ends' make sure you jump down to both avoid the orcs and to knock down the ladders easier.
