I didn't have anything bad to say about Miami until I saw this lovely clip on espn.com.

Click the kellen reacts to loss link on right side.
Kellen sounds like a cry-baby. Whining about the officials. It's always the officials that cause them to lose.
He sounds like a pathetic loser.

yeah thats a pretty sad way to react.
i didtn realize refs called him for a penalty for 'removing his helmet' though after he caught a pass on the 21 yd line of tennessee. The person who tackled him removed his helmet in the process, so for Winslow to be pissed about that call is legitimate.
that being said, his reaction was ridiculous, but probably more a combination of the disappointment of the season being over, and venting the emotion improperly, etc. Definitely has a lot of maturation to do.

I'm just pissed off that Brock had his best quarter this season in the 4th quarter of the UM/UF game

I don't think they'll get a shot tho with those 2 losses unless USC loses. =(Zamtuk wrote:This day just seriously moved Michigan into a title shot. They move up to 5 and play number 4 soon.

good news for Miami is that Pitt beat VT. Now if Miami beats Pitt, they may have a shot at the Big East title which means they get an automatic bid to one of the BCS bowls and $13 million.
NOt sure how the tiebreakers work if Pitt, VT, and Miami are all 6-1 in conference.
pathetic that you have to rely on winning the Big Least in order ot get a BCS game, but its all about the $$$

VT won't be 6-1, they already lost to Pitt and WVU. Realistically, unless WVU beats Pitt next week, the Pitt-Miami game will be for the Big East. Pitt's in first place now, but if they lose to Miami, they'll tie at one loss, and I assume that head-to-head is the primary tiebreaker.
So Miami still controls their own BCS destiny. Win out and make it. Pitt is in the same situation. VT needs a lot of help.
Edit: I suppose that if Miami loses, they'll also have two losses, and get knocked back into a tie with WVU, VT, and Syracuse. So realistically, it's BCS if they win, and falling below the Gator Bowl if they lose.
Of course, WVU isn't out of it either: If WVU beats Pitt, and Pitt beats Miami, then Pitt and WVU will both have 1 conference loss, and WVU will win on tiebreaker. That'd give Pitt second place, meaning that neither VT or Miami would be able to go to an even remotely reasonable bowl game. That'd be great for the conference.
