Blank DVD's

Post by Siji »

Anyone know of a good source for blank DVD's? Good quality ones that can backup PS2 games preferrably, and +R type.

Currently Best Buy has 50 (Fuji) for about $64 (either -R or +R) which is pretty good, but obviously won't last forever.

Thanks in advance.

Sam's Wholesale had the best media prices I found when I was looking at DVD writers. Costco is probably good too, or watch for a sale at CompUSA. It's rare that I've seen Best Buy have the "best buy" :)

I buy Princo as well as several of my friends and we get them in the 70-80 cent range, depending on how many you buy.

What version of PS2 do you have? Versions 1-3 can't use DVD+R's, some of the Version 4s can and all of the Version 5-9 PS2's can use DVD+R's.

The new V9's are also capable of reading -+RW DVDs and are progressive (Retail Boxes have a + on the corner of the box for the new V9's)

I highly reccomend these as well. Me and a few buddies go in and buy a 100 pack spindle for ~$65 and a few bucks shipping. Honestly, I see no advantage to buying the +R media - I have seen no incompatibility with -R, the size is the same, and the media costs about 3/4 as much.

if you were walking around and you came upon a tulip with tits, would you let it be for the rest of the world to enjoy.. or would you pick it and carry it off to a secluded area to motorboat them?
