The local director of our Humane society was recently fired for refusing to allow the Hmongs to adopt dogs. The Hmongs were in the habit of coming every week or two and "adopting" the largest dog available. Anyone want to guess what they were doing? The director refused to let them "adopt" anymore and was fired.

Well, if i came to a restaurant that had raised up dogs to be food animals like we raise cows, i wouldnt have a problem tasting it.
But dont think i would eat in a place that had random dog carcasses lying around
And while were on that note, a grillbar in denmark near one of my friend place had a nice menu for around a year before they changed it, they just had a minor spelling problem. In danish, chicken is "kylling", and kitten is "killing", so they were selling half a kitten with fries for around a year before they got it fixed.

well pragmatically older dogs at the spca have about a 0% chance of being adopted, and they cost money for the spca to feed and they cost money for the spca to destroy, so why not let a bunch of asians chow down on the bastard!!1Deward wrote:The local director of our Humane society was recently fired for refusing to allow the Hmongs to adopt dogs. I used to live in an area in vancouver with a really high population of korean immigrants. let me tell you man you don't let your fucking dog out of your sight for a second. taking your dog to the park was like taking your kid to a carnival run by convicted child sex offenders. you look at your watch and then look back up and that dog is gone.

I agree. My essay to get into college was actually a discussion on the fact that we spend more on our pets than we do to save starving people in the world. I said we should ship all the unwanted animals to teh starving people. It was taken too well and I ended up in the low english class.
I grew up in Denver as a kid and the Asians (not sure what kind) and the mexicans would eat dog all the time. I even tried it once and it didn't taste that bad. If the dogs are going to be put down anyway then you might as well make some use out of them.

Heehee I've had horse meat before, it's pretty good.Krimson Klaw wrote:Hehe the owners are nowhere to be found it says. And along with the meat on a stick, having been to almost 20 countries, I agree. I feel safe as long as I never ask what the translation for the meat is to English. Just munch and enjoy.

When I lived in Oxford, PA i worked in an a Doctors Office and 2 doors down was a chinese office. For the time I was there I used to watch the workers feed cats that came to there place. There was probebly a good 5 or 6 different cats.
They started disapearing and eventually never saw them again. Since then I have not eaten chinese food other then plain Chow Mien.
