My maths suggests that 2900 people out of 3000 recieved positive results.. which begs the question, the lab never questioned that 96% of people tested in an 18 month period actually had an STD...?!
What is Canada doing using sub-standard equipment, and was it even tested beforehand? I demand an investigation. I want to know how much the government knew and when did they know it.
The instructions were probably in English, and since they did not also possess a french translation, they were probably deemed unacceptable by the Canadian Government and were not issued with the machine.
