I don't get it. The headline says masturbate to get less prostate cancer but the article says ejaculate. Can't the guy just do it by getting off with his wife or girlfriend? Is the writer of the article just so lonely that he didn't make the connection?

I think you are getting the terms "ejaculate" and "masturbate" confused. Ejaculate deals with the exfiltration of sperm from the penis, be it by masturbation or by sexual intercourse whereas masturbate is a way of ejaculating.
