Well, the security council members have agreed not to veto it after much amending. But won't be providing any troops or cash.

I guess that's unanimous but I think "support" is a bit strong. Unanimous restraint of veto maybe.

The US insistence of a constitution written by US appointees before elections justify a veto here. A shining example of democracy and freedom.
