Wow, um, you don't get wigs with photoshop. Also, I don't think Britney has that much of an adam's apple in the larger photo. It's just someone with a similar facial structure able to pull it off with the wig on a webcam, and not britney's face pasted onto the pics. If you really think it's her face, you need to look up from her chest some time to see what her face looks like.
