WOOT! So I spend about 7 hours (mostly farming those awful pelts) to get up to the 8th ring quest as my rogue. I have a few friends waiting near the orc fort for stuff to spawn. And I hand in the ring to garadain for the note. Hand in the note to that chick. She despawns and nothing happens.
Nothing.
Not a thing. I get the exp and all, but like the entire fort except for garadain despawns and nothing ever happens. Nothing spawns at the orc fort. No army of dwarves spawn. Nothing.
Shafted yet again by Verant and their broken quests. Guide Peris said he will put it up for GM review. Which seems like nothing will happen since the broad I handed the plans into despawned anyway.
Ouch. What's with that lately. I've been hesitant to complete any quests lately as many of my friends were reporting similar situations. Including with epic quests.
Not too sure whats been going on, sony is slacking though. After having my rogue epic to spawn general make him warp under the world you would think I woulda learned eh? Wrong. I camped that stupid dwarf only to get screwed over. I think I am done with quests now though.
Never said they were bad, there are a few moron ones who visit Veeshan. However the item I should have gotten was the battle plans, but since the chick despawned the GM checked garadain for any turn ins and since he did not despawn there was a log of it there.
