Halo pc?

Anybody else been playing this? I been playing beta for the last couple weeks and can't stop >< With the release of the cracked full version just being leaked, it made me wonder if anybody else is playing. If you're interested in dling it, hit http://www.suprnova.org and dl it using bit torrent. If you liked it on Xbox, you'll love it on pc

I have it for Xbox, and I *cough* gave it a look for PC. Here are my thoughts:
I totally hated it for X-box for three reasons: Interface sucks, cartoony aliens looked good but were stupid, and I hated virtually every weapon I picked up. I probably played it for two hours tops on the Xbox before shelving it.

Fast forward to keyboard and mouse land. Ok so now I like the interface, and I even like the sniper rifle, and the game looks really good. Sadly that's where it ends. Halo just doesn't hold me. I hate all the other weapons, and I hate the stupid aliens. Because I hate the weapons, I'm really not interested in multiplayer. For my money, Halo is the most overhyped game in recent memory with the possible exception of 'Enter the Matrix'.

What I found funny was that in a recent UT2004 review that a friend quoted me it said (paraphrased): UT2k4 will blow the doors off Halo, and beat Halo with the doors.

My thinking is this. That's NOT the bar you want to be comparing it to. UT2k4 should be compared to the best game within the UT Genre. That would be UT2k3.
